Because Kevin's season was cut a couple weeks short because of his herniated disc in his back, we surprised everyone with his arrival. The boys got off the bus with the surprise of dad waiting there for them. Then later that evening we were having my mom's birthday party at our house and we surprised everyone there also. The video is of my mom being surprised.
